Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), all through PayPal's secure gateway. Our Payment Methods page has the details.

Do I need a PayPal account?

No. You can pay by card without one.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours, and later if it has not left us yet. See our Cancel & Change Order Policy.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

$4.95 flat per order, however many pieces you buy.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday enter handling the same day. Handling takes 1 to 3 business days.

How long does delivery take?

Transit takes 5 to 7 business days, so most orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days. Our Shipping Policy covers every step.

How do I track my order?

We email a tracking number when your order ships. You can also check it on our Order Tracking page.

Returns & Refunds

How long do I have to return something?

30 days from delivery.

Who pays for return shipping?

We do. A prepaid label lands in your inbox within 1 business day of your request.

Do I have to explain why I am returning something?

No. A reason helps us, but you do not have to give one.

Products & Sizing

What do you sell?

Women's mini skirts and knit sweaters in a classic preppy style.

Are the skirts and sweaters sold as a set?

No, they are sold separately, so you can choose a waist size for the skirt and the fit you want in the sweater.

How do the oversized sweaters fit?

They are cut with extra room through the body and dropped shoulders. Compare the size chart with a sweater you already like, and email us if you want a second opinion.

How do I choose a skirt size?

Measure your waist where you plan to wear the waistband, then compare it with the size chart. If you are between sizes, email us your measurement and we will help.

How should I care for a mini skirt?

Follow the care label, hang it by the waistband between wears, and press the hem with a cloth between the iron and the fabric if it starts to curl.
